Q: How much do you charge for delivery?
A: Due to the different dimensions and weight of products, individual Costco Photo Centre products have their own delivery price. For delivery information, please click here.
If your order contains different products (i.e. cushion and mug), it’s possible they will be dispatched in separate deliveries. This is because they may be manufactured in different locations and will ensure a quicker turnaround time of your items.
There may be an increase in your total delivery charge when ordering multiple products or multiple quantities of the same product. When you add different products or quantities to your basket, the delivery charge for your entire order will update automatically.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders are usually delivered in 3 to 6 business days, depending on the products ordered. For delivery information, please click here. All products are dispatched via a tracked service.

Q: Can I send the item to someone else?
A: If you wish to send your order to an address which is different from your billing address (e.g. to a family member or friend), please provide this address as the delivery address for the order.
Q: Can I send my order to two different addresses?
A: Unfortunately we are not able to send different products in one order to separate addresses.
If you would like to send them to different recipients, you can order your products separately across two transactions and choose a new delivery address for each order.
Q: Can I request part of the order to be delivered to my address and the other half be available to collect in warehouse?
A. Items selected for home delivery cannot be combined with collect in warehouse in the same order, and will need to be purchased separately across two transactions.

Q: Which payment methods do you accept?
A: All major debit and credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and Maestro are accepted on costcophoto.co.uk.
American Express is not accepted currently.
Q: When will I be charged for my order?
A: All items must be paid for at the time of ordering. Your UK registered credit/debit card will be charged when your order is placed. Payment cards not registered to a UK bank are not accepted.
Payment upon collection in the warehouse is no longer available. A valid Costco membership, either trade or individual is required to enter the warehouse.
Q: When collecting my order from the warehouse, what proof of purchase / payment do I need?
A: To collect your order, please show a member of staff your order confirmation email and a valid membership card.
Q: What happens if my item is damaged?
A: Please inspect the order before signing for it or as soon as possible afterwards. If goods are damaged at the time you receive them please refuse delivery and inform us by emailing: centralphoto@costco.co.uk. Q: How do I cancel or amend my order?
A: If the order is placed between 5pm and 4am, Sunday to Thursday and you've only just placed the order, please email centralphoto@costco.co.uk with your request. Please include your order number and membership number to help us assist with your query more quickly.
For orders placed at any other time, please email centralphoto@costco.co.uk with your request WITHIN 60 MINUTES of the order being finalised.
Unfortunately, requests made outside of the first 60 minutes cannot be cancelled or amended.
Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: You will receive an automated email when your order is placed and for any progress updates thereafter. If you don't see an email from us in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. You can view the status of all of your orders completed direct with Costco Photo Centre from your account page here. You must be logged into your account when you place your order to do this.
Q: Can I reorder the same product again?
A. Products ordered from Costco Photo Centre directly while signed into a Costco Photo Centre Account are automatically saved for 90 days only and will be available for reordering from the "My Orders" page. After 90 days you cannot reorder a product.
Q: How do I know you have successfully received my order?
A: After completing your order direct with Costco Photo Centre, you will see an order confirmation screen and within 2 hours you will also receive an email acknowledgement confirming the order details.

A: Cropping is the process of removing sections of the image from the edges allowing you to reframe an image into a different aspect focussing on a particular section of the image. Click here for more detail.

A: The Aspect Ratio of your photo is the ratio of the width by the height. If you have a square image (Ratio 1:1) and want to show it all choose a square print size. If your image is rectangular (Ratio 2:3) choose a rectangular image. Click here for more detail.
Q: How do I return an item for a refund?
A: We pride ourselves in providing the best service and products to members and may issue a refund if ordered products are faulty or if your products are not in accordance with your order or expectations.

A: Costco Photo Centre is working to make your photo experience consistent across all browsers. However, we only officially support the following options:
Windows 7, Windows 8 & Windows 10: Firefox 3, Chrome, Microsoft Edge
Mac OSX: Safari 5, Firefox 3
While it is possible to use other browsers with the Costco Photo Centre, using a supported browser will ensure you have access to all products and services available.
Internet Explorer is not supported.
Q: What file type and sizes are supported?
A: The Costco Photo Centre supports image uploads of .jpg files.
There is no maximum file size, however if your file is over 25MB you may experience some delay uploading.
Q: What colour space should I use?
A: Costco prints using Standard RGB (sRGB), RGB not recommended.
Q: Why are my photos taking a long time to upload?
A: Upload time for photos can vary significantly depending on the size of your image(s), the number of images in the upload batch, and the speed of your internet connection and other uses of your broadband connection, such as streaming and gaming. In general if you have a high-speed connection you can expect that each picture will take around 45 seconds to upload.
The things you can do to reduce problems:
Use a wired network connection where possible; wireless and mobile data networks can be unreliable if wireless reception is marginal or temporarily interrupted. Other nearby wireless devices can also interfere with your signal and cause slowness.
Do an independent test of your broadband connection. Whilst your internet connection might work on everyday web browsing, if it or your internet service provider is having problems these are much more likely to be noticed when uploading large quantities of data.
Make sure you've got correct ADSL filters on every socket of your telephone system. Even just one telephone plugged into your broadband line without a filter can make a difference to the stability of your internet connection.
Avoid other high bandwidth activities such as video streaming, gaming, or other large file uploads/downloads.
Q: What is the largest file size I can upload to costcophoto.co.uk?
A: xxx . Depending on your upload speed, it could take a considerable amount of time to upload a file of this size.
Q: What is your copyright and intellectual propery policy?
A: Costco Photo Centre will take appropriate steps to protect the intellectual property rights of third parties. In using Costco Photo Centre, you must not upload any images that infringe any copyright (or any other intellectual property right such as a trade mark) that is owned by someone else. We may ask you to provide confirmation that you have permission from the intellectual property right holder if you are not the owner of the intellectual property rights in your content.
