When you order products online, choose to pick up your order from your chosen Costco warehouse or have it delivered right to your door. Find a warehouse here.
During the checkout process, click “Collect in Warehouse” to have your order delivered to your chosen warehouse for collection.
This will take 3 business days (excluding cushions, tea towels, aprons and tote bags*), provided that your order is placed before 4pm on any day with the exception of Friday and Bank Holidays**.
*Please allow 7 business days for cushions, tea towels, aprons and tote bags.
**Orders placed on a Friday will be available for collection on Tuesday onwards. Orders placed close to a Bank Holiday will take longer.
During the checkout process, click “Home Delivery” to have your order delivered to your chosen address.
This will take between 3 to 6 business days*, depending on the products ordered and provided that your order is placed before 4pm on any day with the exception of Friday and Bank Holidays*. All products are dispatched via a tracked service.
*Delivery will take longer over bank holidays.
